Q: Does Paleo Trail provide calorie counting and macronutrient tracking?

A: Nope. There are already many sites on the internet that provide that kind of tracking. While those may be useful for some, they're not necessary for everyone who wants to eat a healthy diet and keep track of it.  

 

Q: But I really want to count calories...why won't you let me?

A: If you really want to use Paleo Trail while calorie counting, then you can get those numbers from another site and store them in the Food Log section for each meal. I won't stop you :)

 

Q: Do I have to pay to use Paleo Trail?

A: Nope. We have a free membership plan that includes all data entry, the calendar view, the food log view, and the community photo gallery. We have a Complete membership available that provides detailed insights on your tracked data. This upgrade is available through two different plans - monthly or annual. Q: How do I change my time zone setting?

A: When you're logged in, click on the Profile link in the upper right corner. Scroll down to the Time Zone field, make your selection, scroll to the bottom, and save your changes.
